- Can clients see all their jobs in the portal?
- Yes. Clients can view all their active and completed clearance jobs, including current status, and see their invoices with what has been paid against each one.
- What is NTN verification?
- In ClearAgent, NTN verification is a record kept by your staff: after someone checks the client's NTN (National Tax Number) on the FBR portal, they mark it verified, and ClearAgent stores who marked it and when. ClearAgent does not check the number with FBR itself.
