- Is ClearAgent really free?
- Yes — ClearAgent is 100% free during our early access period. Every feature is included: unlimited jobs, unlimited users, unlimited clients. No credit card required.
- Will it stay free forever?
- ClearAgent is free while we're in early access. If we introduce paid plans later, early users will be notified well in advance. Your data will always remain yours.
- Are there any usage limits?
- There is no limit on clearance jobs, clients or team members, and every feature is free during early access. Each job can hold up to 20 documents (up to 10 MB per file), and document storage is capped per organization.
- Is my data safe?
- Your data is stored on a server in Helsinki, Finland, and backed up nightly. Key reports, the ledgers and the trial balance can be exported to CSV.
- What's the catch?
- No catch. We're building the best customs clearing software for Pakistan and we want every clearing agent using it. Your feedback during early access helps us improve the product.
