Terms of Service

The service

ClearAgent is software for managing customs clearing work — clearance jobs, Goods Declarations, invoicing and the associated accounts. It is operated by Sid Techno, registered in Pakistan.

What ClearAgent is not

ClearAgent does not file anything with Pakistan Customs on your behalf. It does not connect to WeBOC or PSW, it does not submit declarations, and it does not receive status updates from customs systems. You continue to file exactly as you do today. ClearAgent is the record of that work, not the channel for it.

Duty and tax figures in ClearAgent are estimates for costing. They are not a legal source. Rates change, and exemptions and SROs apply to particular goods and particular importers. Check the tariff and the notifications in force before you file or quote. Classification, valuation and declaration remain your professional judgement and your responsibility.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for what is done under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

Your data

Your business records remain yours. We process them to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Price

ClearAgent is currently free to use. If paid plans are introduced, existing users will be notified in advance.

Availability

The service is provided as it is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and we do not currently offer a service level agreement. Maintenance and outages happen.

Ending your use

You may stop using the service at any time, and you may ask us to delete your account and your organisation's data. See Deleting your account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
